Wow I installed a chamber fan and redid my ignition and this thing on its first metered propane shot is amazing!
So much power! with a 7ft golfball barrel I shot a golfball over a freeway and some distance past a soccer park!
As for an exact distance, I'll get back to you guys on that.

1) Add a barrel support (or 2, which would be the better option) to prevent the long barrel from flexing upward and snapping the elbows off upon firing. Adding a ring support would allow the barrel to be slid forward and ammo breech loaded without detaching the whole thing.
2) Cam locks or a union for breech loading.
3) The 1.25" vent valve seems a little small, you might want to use a larger ball valve.

Other than that, I like it.
Your forgot to write
4) Make it out of ABS

Anywhoo, I like the gun. I hope to see more muthachuckin' work from you.

EDIT: Ha ha I made a word. Muthachuckin. All me baby!

The gun is a beast!
I shot it today and it was beastly.
Surprisingly it may be heavy but is quite comfortable to hold.
I even got my dad to shoot it.

My dad hates the thing because its loud, but he is proud of me.
I can put a golfball through a concrete brick or though a piece of 3/4" mdf board+3/4" plywood.

Thats what EVBEC said
And here are some new updated pics with my aluminum camlocks(I put them on backwards, I need a nipple and a new male adapter.) You can see my fan box which is currently being fastened by ugly tape. and some pics of the chamber with the fan on and off.

he spark is nothing cool, just 2 10-24 bolts with a relatively small gap tp accommodate my recent bad luck with buying bbq igniters this is the third one and I still can't get a spark more than 1/8" .when I used to have sparks 1/2" wide in the past
