I wouldn't say easiest. The easiest would be a piece of pipe with a hole drilled in it for igniton. This looks ever so slightly more difficult, perhaps 30 seconds longer, than a simple piece of pipe would be.

Interesting gun. I would change a few things, (just the ignition, actually), but other than that it'd be a neat little thing to pack around to public places and such, (nothing conspicuous about an orange juice bottle and some plastic tubing).
Also, I think I might substitute for a cheaper orange juice as well. That Simply Orange stuff isn't cheap!

You can bring most on airplanes. You would just have to tell them exactly what you have and possibly check it in as a firearm, even though its not a firearm, pneumatics seem more airline friendly.
