bbq, you can make it air tight and you don't have to worry about getting your flint wet

Ya, do not use a flint they tend to wear out after time, and if your using hairspray it gets wet, slimy, and hard to use. Go BBQ easier to set up than a flint anyways... for me anyways.

i prefer bbq sparkers. i think you guys pretty much covered why. and they're better because they can be oriented like a trigger, and actuated with a single finger. pushing a button is better than quickly turning a tiny knob while holding the cannon with one hand.

Yeah, go ahead and spend the money, then build the biggest combustion you can.

16$ for a stungun. around 10 for a bbq.
6$ difference?
Its worth it.

I agree with prety much everything posted.
The big problem with the flint ignitor is that it takes all of one hand to operate. That means you are holding the gun with just one hand which is not good. The only real advantage of a flint ignitor is that they are usually pretty easy to find.
Piezo BBQ ignitors work well and are usually easy to find.
Battery operated BBQ ignitors are also a possibilty but they are almost impossible to find.
A stungun is probably the best system but it may be illegal where you live.

yup, everybody has the right idea here.
besides, I agree with the stungun though, it's only a couple bucks more, and if you ever mess up your bbq ignitor and have to replace it even once the stungun is allready a better option.

Ture, but if the stungun craps out then the BBQ piezo ends up being a lot cheaper. $10 stun guns are not exactly high quality devices, what do you expect for $10. Posts about dead stunguns are pretty common.
