A lot of detail is missing, such as chamber volume, fuel type, meter volume, etc. Check out the ideal gas law. Also, check out BurntLatke's site. That'll getcha started.

All that you really need to know is that 4.2% fuel to 95.8% air. Just do some searching... You can find everything you need to know about anything spudgun related here... The best sight ever...

You may want to start at burnt latke like hubb said or just look through the combustion cannon discussion...

Ugh...that's for propane. Not "fuel". Perhaps some reading is in order for you as well?

poppamies,
This site is full of information that will answer your questions and help you with your cannon, I believe there is even a how-to. Search the forum with the advanced search and check out the Spudwiki and Burnt Latke.
It is against the rules to post a topic without searching, clearly you've done piss all.

Well I meant propane as most of these...

...are fueled with propane.

I should have been more specific...

Yeah, would've helped as the poster did ask what gas to use as well. In conclusion, he didn't do enough searching :P

Poppamies, you should read the spud wiki page on fuels. If you can understand it then you know pretty much everything there is to know about choosing and using fuel in a combustion spud gun.
