Hi all, (sorry for english, i'm French ).
I present my latest creation, a PAL to change a little bit.
So it had to be powerful, simple, reliable and loud .
For this, the idea of creation came in finding a former reserve sprayer treatments.
It resists over 3bar and big enough section.
The PAL consists of a chamber Ø150 by 300mm long (a little over 5 liters).
A cannon fired to golf balls and whatnot.
A two-point ignition (2étincelles the same time).
12volt fan Ø50.
A direct injection.
A system reload fast enough.
Now for the photos:
A small overview:
Holes for better stability projectiles and improves the rendering aesthetic
The barrel is fixed to the room with the screws poêlier Ø5mm, the barrel is covered with a sleeve, plus I drilled and tapped M5 in:
Reloading a Ø44mm hole to hole saw for the passage of golf balls, a simple sleeve when I removed the stop in order to transform it into a headline:
The end of the handle with piezo BBQ:
Here you can see the switch button to turn on the fan and plug 3/8 "brass electrodes have access to:
The fan in the combustion chamber, it is screwed onto a 90 ° angle 80 × 80mm:
And finally the direct injection:
Note that the hose Ø50mm holding the bottles also take the 80mm bracket.
I am aware that the ration is not optimized at all, but here are looking for a patator, practical and fun:
Videos will be for later: D.
The cost of this patator came back at 8 € (plug, hose, gun and a handle portion).
