hey yah people ... i`ve made a taser from i video i saw in the link its pretty cool and it works, but is there a way to make like a switch to switch it ON & OFF ? from what i`ve known from the vid, the wires are live wires, always ON. if you have any imaginative ideas don tell me about it, i`d definitely try it out THANX !!!! :D

Depends on what you want to do, if you put the flash tube back in and connect an ignition coil in series with it, the coil will spark every time you trigger the flash (remember to reconnect the third wire). You can also use a switch and coil if you don't have/don't want to use the flash tube.
The voltage form the coil can jump a gap, but the spark won't be as fat.

First i must say i love that vid. lol

To put a switch in there's more than one way.
examples...
1--Just have a circut switch in one wire to complete the circut.

2--A peice of wood with nails put into it. The wires are hooked to the nails and on one nail there is a metal rod or paperclip of some sprt that will hold on and when you touch the red/paper clip it completes the circut. (don't recomend this one.)

srry for this duble post but i noticed that you said "always live" thats not ture. the flash button that you must hold to charge the flash with make the alive, but once you complete the circut they are nolonger alive, they may have a little bit of electricity for a very small last shock but thats it.

heres the pic of the one i made after seeing you thread
if i would of had soder with me i would of put the switch on but i couldn't find any so i just left it as it was.
