how would i put the small pipe in the tee? would I just screw the barrel in half way and screw the pipe the piston seals against in from the other side?
would that much force (planning on doing about 5X) break the top of the tee?

The way I do it is I just put primer on the inside of the bushing that goes in the tee, and then I put primer on the pipe where you want it to touch the female part of the bushing. To get the pipe through, you have to get rid of the inner lip on the bushing so that the pipe can go all the way through. The next thing I did was put PVC glue on the bushing, and slide the pipe through until the part with primer was in the bushing. Then I dabbed some glue next to it, and let capillary action do the work!

That should work however I don't know if your going to be able to screw the barrel in that far....

in a normal hybrid most of the force is going straight but in the top design most of the force will be slamming directly into the side of the tee.

Thats a pretty good design...I like it... the only thing you might have trouble with is when the spring closes you might accidentally cut off you flow or at least limit it enough to limit performance...

I built a piston valve hybrid (yet to post, still has issues). But I built the valve in a 2" steel tee and then threaded a 2" long 1"pipe nipple into the back of a 2"-1" threaded bushing. I got it in there pretty tight, and then reinforced it and sealed it with regular and the stick stuff epoxy.
The pressure does not "slam", It just rises in a very small time frame, applying almost equal force to all parts of the hybrid.
Your thinking linearly. A normal hybrid, when the mix is ignited it cause the pressure to rise almost instantly (with a slight variance), so the pressure or "force" as your referring to it is applied almost equally on all parts of the hybrid, and the tee as well.in a normal hybrid most of the force is going straight but in the top design most of the force will be slamming directly into the side of the tee.
