I'm planing to make a hybrid over the shool holidays and just wanted to make sure that i know how to fuel correctly. I read "HYBRID FUELING 101" and i think i have it under my belt.
Is it like this:
a 2x mix would be 8% butane pressurized to 15psi
3x - 12% butane @ 30psi
4x - 16% butane @ 45psi
and so on...

Well for all what i know you would want the same percentage through out, otherwise by the time you reach 25x you have only butane... The percentage of fuel to air is always the same...
On another note 1ATM(x) is 14.7psi, if you use that figure(that is if you have a gauge that is accurate enough for these things) things will be alot more accurate, if not use 14.5 over 15psi per atm, this too is more accurate(by 0.1psi)
Now i am unsure what you mean by the butane being at a given pressure.
The butane will be 3.23%(god only knows where 4% came from) of the over all pressure thus:
at 2x(29.4psi) there will be butane at 1.0psi
at 3x(44.1) there will be butane at 1.4 psi
at 4x(58.8psi) there will be butane at 1.9psi
