hi!
When JSR got the mini-hybrid working on high-mixes, i decided that i want to build something like that. Well today i had time and went to my workshop. Then i saw an old .177 cal airgun barrel. I got an idea, and here it is. Basically i drilled 11mm dia hole about 34mm deep and i left few inches long barrel. the combuction chamber is 11mm x 24mm, so its not big

. The small screw on the top is for the iongition and has 1mm hole thhrough it, and after i took the pictures i epoxied a wire to it, it has about .1-.2mm spark gap and i can adjust it if i need. I tapped screws to the bottom of the combustion chamber to alloy me to plug it with a bolt. Today or as soon as i can ill epoxy a presta valve to the bolt so i can feed this baby

. heres a picture of it
EDIT: heres one more pic

looking good, how much barrel was left as barrel?

. What's your ignition source. and how are you putting in burst discs or is it jsrs patent dent system

ah sry i forgot to say, but iv seen that the ammo is so tight that it doesnt need a bursk disk. whit low and medium mix i mean. i have putten 130psi and the pellet didint even move so it doesnt need a disk. For ignition im using BBQ igniter from olf grill. And the barrel is about 5cm locg. this one is not for powerm this is for the compactness

yeah, i was planning to do that but where the hell im going a find a syringe for measuring 0.24ml of fuel for 4x shot
EDIT: im gonna be using butane and the chamber is 2ml

You could ask a heroin dealer

or a chemist.

get a large syringe, do some math, then fill the syringe with a small amont of gas then fill rest with air, then purge chamber with said mix and if math is right then you will have 0.24ml of gas mixed in with the air in the chamber

Actually, i think im going to be using what i used with my larger hybrid. I loaded 2psi of rpopane in the chamber and then i calculated how much gas i need to ad to get the 4.2% mix. Ill might try that with this one

I would go with a small syringe, you should find 1mL syringes at your local chemist (though they might be the type with integral needle which would need to be cut down).

Diabetes supplies..
Check your local pharmacist, or chemist. Ask for them without needles.

Sry for the delay, but fixing "Tuna" has tooken all my time. I might have tomorrow some time to attach the valve for filling. Second thing is, my local "dealer" has no syringes left
