Umm, maybe a little more information? I'm sure there are thousands of carnival gun designs, the link to the video doesn;t even work... Why not start by finding out a name.

I'm guessing it works just like any other airsoft rifle... Why invent something new when there are thousands of designs already out there?

No, it is definitely a steel bb gun, not airsoft. I doubt that you would be able to replicate the design with just basic tools, they are usually a little more complex than you would think.

If you could find just some old make, then you could probably find patents online somewhere.

Since it is hooked up to constant air, i can only presume its of the cloud/vortex variety.

All of the carnival games I've played have been clouds, so this one may be no different.

I would think you would need to see a better picture to really know, if someone could get a decent pic of a gun, you could speculate better as to whether or not it is a cloud, also by the sound it makes, which is not exactly clear in *the* video *you posted*.

You were the one who posted the video here though.

Probably similar to a pellet gun, except with a hosed air supply, or perhaps a cloud.

One thing I wonder is, how do you load this gun? Do you get bullets and drop them in? It could explain alot.

A bit unlikely but possible: the bullets are supplied along with the air. Why the fck not? :)
