Got me first ever BBMG finished in about 15 minutes, not counting the lathe work i did to smooth off the endcap.
I messed up a couple things while making it. I tapped the barrel threads crooked, so it bends downward, so i just bent the barrel upward a bit to remedy the problem. I also didn't chamfer the inlet right, so the hole is big enough for BBs to fall back down, but it's an overall good build for me.
What do you think?

Nice Drac! (What happened to telling once you got it finished? JK.)
Looks nice, clean, and basic! What you use for the barrel? It looks some type of copper tubing, if so what size? 15 min build time is good. I cant tell you how good, good is because I have yet to construct a BBMG.

THe barrel is 3/8 outer diameter copper tubing. It's soft copper tubing, which is sh*t because it bends so easily, I'll have to find some different stuff later.

Why didn't i think of that? The problem is finding something to sleeve it with.

if you cant find something to fit it goot, get some conduit or something just a little bigger than it, cut a piece out down the middle, put that on it, and then it should be around 1/2 inch so you could then use 1/2 inch copper tubing or PVC or something

I used a piece of 1/4" steel hydraulic brakeline tubing as the barrel in my tennis ball BBMG. The bore is about .182" ID, and it doesn't give much accuracy, but it keeps the misshapen BBs from jamming. The flanged end fits inside the gun nicely and provides a chamfered opening to the breech. It too is relatively soft, but it can be supported with a piece of 1/2" PVC pipe that has dilled caps for it to pass through as long as you relieve the holes to accept the flange diameter. A little JB weld and it's as solid as a rock and ready to rip!

there is no reason. it is just the pipe was cut at an angle or too long
