I am trying to make a BBMG before the summer ends and I do not have enough money for the smallest tub of bondo at my local auto shop. I am an extremely cheap person, so is there a better way to make a vortex block than out of bondo that will last a while?

Send noname 5 dollars and he'll make you an inline vortex block, which is alot better than one in a Tee like I'm assuming you want to make.Los Frijoles wrote:I am trying to make a BBMG before the summer ends and I do not have enough money for the smallest tub of bondo at my local auto shop. Hardwood would probably work.
What I did was cut a small piece of pvc pipe and heat it in the oven until it softens. I unrolled it and put it between two bricks to make it flat.
After that I just cut the right sized square and drilled.
You will probably need to glue your pvc sheets together to make a thicker piece; the pipe I had was nearly .5 inches thick so I didnt need to do this.
