This gun took me three hours to make and design.

The previous models took me a hell of a lot longer.Seeing how I ( and you too) like this gun, I feel I have only wasted time on the earlier designs.
The bb piston was actually part of one of the autopistons, I just removed the O-ring.I have recycled and refitted a lot of parts I already used before, just in a different way.
But I did not have the ability to tap 1/4" before, wich was crucial.

I will not need an O-ring, the fit is PERFECT as I said.500 psi does the rest..
Wow, very "Mad Max" meets "Doom"!
a feeling I'm going for with all of my guns
I was going to use unregged CO2. I see, now, that I am not going wrong in doing so.
Indeed, it's a whole new level
Why not model your deathray after that?
I'm not going to model it after anything.I'll just use parts of other guns as inspiration, or create a unique look.If it doesn't work, I'll change it untill it does.
Damage pics will have to wait until the nurse leaves :D

Haha, Thanks.
Just here to upload damage pics.

They show this thing works. They don;t show a recochet hitting my arm while wearing a thick sweater HURTS LIKE HELL when the bottle is almost empty...
Cutting up a can like this is not exceptional.I don;t know of a target that would show it's full potential. The bb's are just airsoft ones you know...
I could probably chew up 1/4" ply or woodboard before the pressure drops.

I wouldn't want to get hit at full pressure, I know that much.
That could bleed me bad...
Lot of fun this thing!!

pretty ripped up can with a couple of short bursts.
The bb's don;t seem to notice the can as they pass through. Most follow the opened up path through, without doing any more damage.
lead bb's .177, at 900 psi would be possible. They would chew up a steel paint can like butter...but still, this IS a result

edited first page.
Gun is now painted flat black and has a buttplate, as promised. :D
It pierces thin MDF board at half pressure ( lost pressure to jam) :(

I replaced the plunger spring by a weaker one, wich has greater travel and doesn't apply too much force on the bb's.

I filled up the dead space at the bottom of the Tee to keep the bb's closer to the "vortex block" ( wich merely consists of a modded brass elbow)

Now go see the first page and tell me what you think...GO!!

its the principle that has a "straight tube" with a plunger attached to a cap of some kind that feeds the bb;s straight into a vortex block housed inside of the "straight tube". This straight Tube is normally a piece of pvc Pipe with a cam lock but can really be made out of different materials... another name for the Ultimate inline is a "Inline vortex BBMG". There are 3 main kinds of Vortex formats:

1. "T" shape vortex block
2. Inline Vortex
3. Vortex Cap

All 3 have their own advantages and disadvantages. If you have any questions about these 3 Main kinds of Vortex BBMG's please PM me so we dont hijack the thread. Otherwise visit this link for more info:

Davidvaini, You have very well explaned an inline vortex strafer.
What makes the Ultimate Inlime Ultimate is the plunger that pushes the bb's into the vortex.

The grip is a cut up pressure washer handle, shaped with bondo to fit the pipe on top

another name for the Ultimate inline is a "Inline vortex BBMG
".
The difference is the plunger.

1. "T" shape vortex block
2. Inline Vortex
3. Vortex Cap
Not exactly vorteses, but ;

4. rise tube
5. cavity cloud..(?..sounds nice..)

rise tube consist of a T, pressure inlet at the bottom, rise tube at the top going to bend towards the barrel, ammo rolling in from front part of the Tee.Worked pretty well in my marble machine gun.Works best for big ammo.

Cavity cloud= cavity over pressure inlet, created by larger elbow
( this gun prooves it works)
cavity is needed for the bb's to jump around.Easier to make than a vortex block, and smaller.
