valve in professional paintball guns

What kind of valve is used in paintball guns? Has everywhone maded some kind of valve?

It's usually a spring or solenoid operated hammer that physically knocks the valve open for a split second to release a small amount of gas from the reservoir.

Looks easy to make, why are paintball guns so expensive than?

It is made out of pressure rated steel, and the internals are made with great presicion.

Hmm some paintball guns look easy to make maybe a next project

Normally series 7000 aluminium actually. Depends on the marker. You must understand it takes a lot of machining to make a paintball marker.

I now it will be a project if I have some time free. The material I well use is PVC because I don't work with super hich pressure's.
