Inline Strafer,will not fire/feed!!?? HELP

Well guys a while back I had probs getting an inline strafer to fire:I gave up as I couldnt figure out the problem!!!??. This week I tried yet again but construction a new gun but similar to the last=
Clear Acrylic tube 190mm long(ID 30mm,OD 38mm).
430mm Stainless Barrel(1/4"OD,4.5mm ID).
Pistol Grip Blowgun.
Spring+Plunger Set up.
Half Circle Vortex( was 15mm wide,3/4"hole)

It just will not feed!!!!!?????,I tried 2 different blowguns,I tried it with a Skirt on the Vortex Block, Without the Skirt, ground down the Vortex Block from 15mm to 10mm as I thought it was the problem(not enough room between the block and the tube wall) but its still the same!.
If you put a (small) layer of bbs in the tube it fires but fill over the vortex hole and it just hisses air out the barrel but NO BBS!??.I tied it with the plunger(piston) and without,I have 2 full vortex block rifles and a strafer pistol and had no probs with them but this INLINE HALF VORTEX I just cant get to work!. I have no idea whats wrong?, the compressor is at 110 PSI too but no luck, its like I dont have enough pressure to agitate the bbs, theres not really any air leaks either? I am at a loss of what else I can do!.............

Strange that it didn't work without the plunger, you'd expect it to act like a cloud in that case.

Besides, Vortex BBMGs are sooooo last year anyway, proper reciprocating machineguns are what everyone's talking about ;)

Muskets are the way of the future is what JSR means  .

Maybe swap the half vortex for a full vortex, there could be all kinds of nasty things going on from the turbulence causing low pressure/high pressure areas keeping the BBs held steady.

i second that! lol

as for the vortex, i think the clear chamber will be sweet, if you get it work that is...

I think JSR is on some type of Revolutionary quest. When he is donw with his gun we will see what everyone is into these days. Its just a fad though, they die out, but if what JSR makes is legend, then it will never die out.

Im with JSR even though i have nothing to benefit what im supporting.
But i do like muskets

Are we going to talk on topic here guys....

I think just swap it for a full vortex like what RNA said, there aren't any performance decreases are there?

I remember reading from noname that it increases performance because there are less revolutions that the bb has to make so the bb gets out of the barrel faster and increases velocity.

But power wise, no.

Sorry, couldn't help laughing at that one.
Django, again, I have no idea what's wrong. All of my blocks have worked 1st try (except the first, which was an experiment), so I don't really know how to make them...not-work. :?

Sorry i meant rpm to be correct in technical terms.

Well I took it work and we messed about with it and it just will not fire!!??,I had put "steel putty"in the air inlet nipple and drilled a hole just under the size of bbs so they would not roll down the nipple into the blowgun. I drilled all that out again to see if it was a flow restriction prob but its still exactly the same.

I am completely stumped????,the only way out is to:as you guys say fit a full vortex block in there= Ill try it next week and see what I can do?

your spring for your plunger might have to much tension.

Could a BB be trapped in your barrel ?
BB be :)
