Sorry to be so mean on the spot but
1. Dont be so demanding
2. Search before you begin posting
W/ bondo you can cast a vortex block for a fairly large BBMG
You can carve/drill/create one out of wood, which is probably the easiest
You can also get a chunk of alluminum and create one out of that.

We will help you out as long as you do some research, we are not here to teach, but to help. As long as you do some research so you have some clue to what you are doing, we will be more then happy to help you.

http://www.spudfiles.com/spud_wiki/inde ... =Main_Page
That's the Spudwiki, like an encyclopedia of information on Spudguns created by members on the forum.
Here's an article on vortex blocks:

Wow, there isn't a single piece of punctuation in any of that.
Nooby mistake. It's getting boring now.
You might want to start off on something simple like a cloud so you understand the principles first.

Welcome to Spudfiles.
When you build your BBMG, post some pics/specs and a description on how it was built, any trouble you had and how you over came and corrected it. It's a trading of information around here, we all learn from each other and by you posting about your build will help others, it will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside!
Again, Welcome to Spudfiles.

I think "asking for plans" without doing any research should be directly forbidden by the rules.

What MrCrowley said:
Do research first. Read the wiki and lurk around.

It is, well two seperate rules. Making a topic asking questions without sufficient research, and asking for plans. Both not allowed.

ANYWAY......
it was an honest newbie mistake and I'm sure it won't happen again...

Heres some good advice with respect to research. Spend a day or two (or more) clicking on the "random cannon" icon. Its located at the upper left corner of the page. Look at what everyone else had done. READ the posts. That should tell you about materials, method, and other helpful information.
Start out by copying a cannon if you want. Like others have said before me, read. Spudfiles has a lot to offer...

Also something I can't stress enough... (reason I should be a moderator ) When making posts about questions make sure to post in the discussion part of the website.
when posting active work logs about a project you are working on, post it in the showcase. Do not show a diagram of an idea you have in the showcase section... only showcase items.
Make sure to read the wiki pages on vortex's and also to visit the following links:
http://www.burntlatke.com/bb.html
after you visit that link make sure to look at this image... Its how to make an inline vortex like neospud's.

It is in the discussion section for BB/Arisfot/Pellet cannons.
Also, I wouldn't say stuff like "(reason I should be a moderator )" It's doesn't do you any good. If we think you'd be a good Mod, you would've already been suggested when we decide to pick a new mod. There is quite a line to join and nothing really stands out with you from the rest, who have been there far longer.
In other words, I wouldn't give your hopes up, but there'd be a very small chance you'd get picked, and we just hired a new one, jrrdw.
@Everyone,
No need to repeat what everyone else has said, if you feel you need to tell the member the rules, don't bother. A mod would've already done it via a PM. So even if it's not in the thread, chances are the member has already been told.
We've already had several people telling him to search, so unless you have anything new to help him with, don't post.

I was just mentioning cause I saw him do it in another post... its a common mistake for a lot of new people to post in the wrong section... just givin him a headsup.
The reason I posted it is because there are still threads in the showcase that are discussions/ideas. Not saying its anyones fault just pointing it out and I value spudfiles, I just figured since they are still there and havnt been moved you guys needed more help.
Either way you mods have done a great job and just figured I would take a load off your shoulders. But it looks like you have it under control.
Side note:
the barrel option in the picture that i showed you to help you says 1/4" brake line. I would suggest going with an actual airsoft barrel or something that has tighter tolerances.
