ok so here's the refined version that i (crudely) put together, i took jsr's idea for a valve to pulse the air inlet and it ran like a sewing machine for about 5 seconds, then my epoxy let go and the valve exploded across the room :shock: Don't tell jsr but i may have to stop using that stuff :P i plan to put it back together with jb weld and give it a go, i might even load it this time :lol:

How long did you let your epoxy sit ?
Did you roughen up the surface and bit deep grooves in it ?

Those are the two main factors that cause Epoxy to fail
Note epoxy cure time very important barrels are hard to remove from the wall
