hey guys I'm back, the school recently got a cnc so I'm in business to make my parts, I was just wondering what i should make the vortex blocks hole size be for the fastest rof possible, ive seen videos with 1.75 inch ones giving very good results.

1.75 seems really big... *twss* Most people use around a 3/4 inch hole...

Id use a half hole vortex with a .75 inch, anything under an 1 inch should be fine, are you planning on using aisoft or metal bbs,

Its a vortex cut in half basically. i've got a piece of 1" pipe as my vortex and it has a very high rate of fire.

They are tanks similiar to Co2 tanks but filled with 3000-4500 PSI of compressed air. They are available in paintball stores and online.

the half block doesnt look like it would fit with the rest of my design, I think I'm going to stick with a 1" full inline. already have it all drawn up in cad an everything.

Yep neospuds guns would be the perfects example of bbmgs but also to improve your rof you will want to shorten the barrel

So your planning on making your vortex out of sheet PVC, not sure but I think the vortex is under1.75, you could always make several and just test them
