Low Pressure CO2 semi auto QEV design

I want to make a small(ish) semi auto QEV, that requires relatively little fabrication, for use with <45psi

I plan to use a Palmers CO2 cartridge regulator http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/cart/inde ... cts_id=618 for my source.

I want to be able to cycle the shots fairly quickly, so I figured a check valve filled from the pilot side. I think the bolt should be easy to do, just a hole down the middle and a partial thread for a grub screw, then another hole in the side.

Heres what Ive come up with so far

...this is for a nerf maverick

It looks like a really nice valve setup and that would give you bolt-action yes?

in place of the two fill/pilot valves you use a three way valve

lozz08, its not bolt action, I just used bad terminology, I was referring to the piston.

Cheers for the advice on the 3-way, I hadnt yet thought about what to use there. Had some trouble finding something appropriate untill I came across clippards range of miniature valves http://www.clippard.com/catalog/Page%20110.pdf Im looking at the J-series spool valve.

scale reference to the blaster to be modded:
