Sorry I never got this finished guys, but here it is anyway. It is still fully operational, but it has two leaks, the tanks aren't mounted, the blowgun is on my SMG right now, and the stock was never put on. I was also going to paint it flat black.
Here it is anyway:
The barrel: 36" of 9/32" brakeline.
The hopper: 3/4" PVC, holds about 250 rounds
The air tanks: about 4 feet of 2" PVC, they can blast BBs for about 10 seconds nonstop.
The valve: blowgun
And a bunch of fun stuff inside a piece of 1 1/4" PVC.

Just another shot.
Just another shot.
Here it all is. The longer tank would be under the barrel, the shorter one would be on the stock, the stock would be on the back of the barrel assembly.

Like I'm ever going to finish it.
Maybe I will, who knows. About your saying it looks like junk: yeah, I know, it's kinda blegh. The whole point of me making this was because I didn't have a compressor, now I'll have to shoot with my new one. 8)
