 WARNING: THIS WAS NOT MY IDEA IT WAS NUKEWARHEADSCIENTIST's

I just got to thinkin' couldn't you put the bb's on the gun, so you don't have to turn it around stick a few bb's in it, ANYWHO, I might use a blowhorn, but instead i used an air compressor at 100 psi. I actually took a TINY plumming pipe that fit the bb perfectly. It has worked out great so far, but if you want speed i reccomend just buying the tube and stick bb's in singally (I have no idea how to spell that). This is not a full auto it is a semi auto, because the bb's won't fall in while the air is going.

well, i like the principle, and it seems like it would have a good rate of fire. and ghetto is not a insult when it coming from me. the only thing i would say is get rid of the duct tape and use ... something else...like epoxy

This is a great idea with a lot of potential. It just needs a little more work and a little less tape lol. How well does that feed? I'll bet it tkes a lot of shaking too. Try running that hose into the bottle so it gives it pressure to feed the bb's out of the bottle with.

Neat idea, make a better hopper for it and run a pressure hose the hopper.
What size pipe is that?

To follow boomer, actually you don't have to shake it too much, the air pushes up the bb's while its going then they fall into the barrel.

I hope that cleared up things

And to clear up LGM's comment i think it was 1/4 of an inch wide on the outside, I think.

1. THANK YOU! ive been scrounging for a digital camera to show people this type of strafer........ i might be seieng it wrong but it looks like there is just a hole in the top of the barrel, and you simply blow air from the back........
2. What did you use as a barrel material? im trying to make an airsoft sniper rifle to freak people out between rounds at airsoft battles..... the tighter bore, the more accurate the projectile..........
EDIT: I saw that you used a small plumping pipe..... it looks like PVC tubing...... MY hardware store sells ALOT of that stuff. Ill have to get some...........What size is it?
EDIT2: God im editing this alot............. if you want that to go full auto, make sure your hopper has NO leaks........... trust me this works really well when you set it up right..........

ANSWERS.
1. Yes i simply blow the air from the back... but i don't understand what other you ment
2. I used a kind of tiny plumming pipe as you said, it is flexible not like PVC. The size is 1/4 inches.

Yeah, i got some today.... its called PEX water tubing, and comes in 30 inch lengths with a funky nub on one end.... it fits bb's perfectly, and its cheap....

and to make that gun full auto...... make the whole hopper assembely airtight.... there will be no air flowing up and they will just get sucked out.... i did it with .177 cal bb's once and boy did it work well...........
