This is my first airsoft gun i have made, its pretty much parts i found in the garage and a airsoft contianer but it shoots pretty good. It shot through cardboard pizza boxes at 160 psi (even though it leaks alot).
I am going to build a beter one with abs pipe because i already have some lying around I just need to go buy a endcap, a cleanout, and a barrel. The pictures suck cuz there from my usb webcam (my digital camera broke) so bear with me!

HAA. my first cloud was just the BB container with a blowgun into it. it was more like a BB sprayer.... but hey, it was cool! nice to know theres somoene out there that can use cool things like this. What did you use for a barrel? is that a flare fitting?

That could easily be the new slogan for Corporate America. Darn new kids in the work force...

Would using ABS be a bad idea? I know not to use it in making pneumatics for sure, but a cloud?

i would assume not, because there isnt pressure being stored into there. If you make a decent cloud, move on to vortex blocks. They shoot faster and they look better. can design them like real guns

according to the wiki vortex blocks do not perform any better.

ABS can't handle pressure especially at 160 psi. Just be safe and use pressure rated PVC and prime and glue it together right. I don't want to see you get hurt.

Its not actually storing the air, it would be just passing through.

I made a new one with abs already but i didnt let the glue dry and the cleanout cap hit me in the face with 160 psi! it hurt alot, and plus i cant find it cuz it bounced off of my face and flew somewere into my garage!
