i dont know, never made a cloud out of pvc b fore. try makin a small vortex with a wood block. make it a half vortex block like this:

barrel____________ |||OOOOOO BBs OOOOOO
|||||||||||||||||||| || OOOOO OOOOO

air inlet
look at nonames vortex block design he has it in the how to section i think
just make urs out of wood and it should be fine and fit the vortex block inside the pvc. sounds hard but it becomes easeir when u look a noname's design. vortexes are more powerful than clouds and more reliable

I just took out the vortex block on my mini (temporarily, of course) and was surprised. It still shot, although it took about 3 seconds to empty and failed to do more than dent the crap out of a can. A 1" one will work, but I'd still recommend a vortex. Remember, you'll need a small block, which are hard to make for anything smaller than about 1" thin wall or 1 1/4."
