Front feeding inline vortex block

I am in the process of building a strafer that looks like a pistol, and I was wondering if anyone else has made a gun where the bb's go into the vortex block from the front instead of the back. I am pretty sure that it will work, I just want to know if anyone else has tried it.

i have thought about it, but it would be complicated to put a plunger in there along with a coaxial barrel. best of luck though

I have but i didn't have a plunger, it is a portable inline vortex block bbmg, using a 1.5L coke bottle as an air tank for the moment, so i only fire short bursts.
Adding a spring would be pretty easy, but the tricky part would be being able to draw the plunger back and still have an airtightish bb chamber.

To fix that prblem just use an o-ring...

I already have it set up, it should be pretty easy. I am also saving my money for a camera, so when I get finished with the pistol I'll post it.

It'll work fine, there's no reason why it wouldn't. Sounds pretty good, can't wait to see it.
Did you use a "full hole" or "partial hole" vortex block?

It's a full hole vortex block, I was planning on using a half hole, but figured out a way to make it easier to build it with a full hole. The accuracy is definitely going to be terrible because it will have a really short barrel. It might be a while before I get a camera, since I need almost 100 more dollars to get it, but I'll still post it.

Edit: I changed it again, now it is a 3/4 hole vortex block, but it will be so much easier to make.
