Ok many people have trouble with getting there mini's to fire with hairspray and what not but i have another solution.
Basically you click the lighter, hold it and it fill's your mini with butane then you click the lighter and the mini fires.

GRILL LIGHTER FUEL SYSTEM
Take apart a lighter VERY VERY carefully and make sure you can put it back together and have it work ok. Next find the butane cylinder and find the screw like plastic piece attached to the butane near the hose. Twist this plastic piece outward until it is just about to come out. Now reasemble the lighter and you should have a nice long flame like 6inches long, now take a hacksaw and cut the metal casing on the shaft of the lighter but leave an inch or so. When that is done there should be a plastic casing under that, cut that until you find a clear hose and a wire. Now with that done take a wire and tape it to that one inch peice of metal casing left. you now have a pezio sparker (The two wires) and a butane filling system.
Now with this test it, if you click and hear a hiss then the butane is coming out andit worked, and then click again and see if you can get a spark between the two wires.
If both test's worked move on
Next poke or drill a hole in the back of you mini, and insert the clear hose, then glue this in very tight with strong glue.
Hook the wires up to the spark gap in the mini.
Now click the lighter, hold it upside down and hold it for about 5-15 seconds, then aim and click.
If it fires then it worked good and i congratulate you.
CIGARRET LIGHTER FUEL SYSTEM
This is much easier to do but you will not have a pezio sparker built in so you will have to provide one.
Next take apart a grill lighter and remove the clear hose and pezio, and toss the rest.
Take the cigarret lighter and rip off the top but keep the button that opens the butane valve twist the screw like valve outward until it is just about to come out. Then slip the hose over the metal thing where the butan comes out.
If you push the button and you hear a loud hiss then hook the hose up to your mini, push the button and inject the fuel and then use the lighter pezio to ignite it.
If you want more in depth instructions i can give pictures but it's pretty straight foward. I know that this is not the best but i will post some pic's just let me go get some lighters to show you thanks!
Integrated Fuel System
I've only found one problem with using the hose and that is that it shrivels up after about 6 uses. so what i did was use the metal tip instead of the hose or find a small metal tube and stick the pipe through it and then the other side of the metal tube in the mini. lol i ma pro at building minis lol I've built about 20 or so and only 3 combustion cannons an 1 phunomic <--- spellings wrong

yes sry i forgot about the tip but yes i use the tip to in my mini but i am soon gone f-in trick out ALOT of mini's i think that if i can build like 5 out of small pvc then i can use my High Voltage flyback driver to ignite them all very fast.

As soon as i finish my pneumatic (Solder it together and get the tire valve) I am going to build a very very high power mini, i think it might explode lol but it must be like 2 inch pvc w/ endcap's on each side and 2 metal tube's coming out the back and a large barrel, i am going to try and inject oxygen and propane or butane in a mix, i don't want to do this in a big combustion cannon because if it were to explode then i could be hurt or killed but a mini with my new ignition system could be ignited from a separate room, or even remote controlled so if it were to explode i would be ok. Mini's are fun to make lol
My first potato gun was a hacked off combustion cannon with a bad C:B ratio which caused a lot of recoil and a bang that sounded like an artillery shell going off, i shot it 3 or 4 times outside which i heard the noise but more recoil, then i did a shot in my house, in a small room in my basement with a few friends and we were all partially deaf for the rest of the night.
