I have a tutorial on my channel... Did you see that? just wondering since you're plan sounds exactly like what my video suggested however I strongly recommend using a solid rubber piston.

Lol your video inspired me to make it. I cant find the 8mm ID brass pipe
or 1/8in ID brass pipe. If there is any other pip that I can use instead please tell me. I checked at lowes and home depot. I even checked online and can't find those pipes.

Well, there is a store near me called the model box, and they sell tubing of all shapes and sizes below 1". Different metals too, like brass, copper, aluminum, I think titanium which is pretty cool, and a few others. So look for a hobby store or a model store near you, and ask if they have what you need.

Tried. At lowes they have small pipes as small as 1/4 maybe smaller I just need to know a good ID for the barrel and chamber. Also wat kind of metal I should look for.

Dude you can use any pipes you want
Just make sure they're seamless.
It's just a piston valve, it will work with any size pipes. People use 8mm for realism (~same size as pen) and 1/8" barrel because that's a good size for the chamber size.

I found a 1/2 od and 1/2 id ima get started. THE 1/2 OD will go in the id but it is smaller so itll work as a barell alot of space for air
