1st Pen cannon/gun

Hey you guys this is going to be my Pen cannon when it's built . So I have 3 different barrel sizes 2 are long that i got from school and the largest one is from my bb gun. For the shredder valve I have a tire valve. That I will shave the rubber off so it's just the metal. The piston I'm still not sure on :/ to get it tonthe right size and to last because it won't be servicable. Another problem is I can only fill it up to no more than 200 psi.
Alright enough of my dum blabiling here are some picture od the barrels. And the pen I would use if I am to use the 2 smaller barrels.
Oh and i'd use epoxy to hold the valve and epoxy at the end. Supported?

So you are trying to build a pengun. I suggest research the ones posted in the mini showcase section and get better idea how they work, because I think you're missing something. Your pipe looks good for a chamber but not a barrel. It needs to be much smaller, unless I misjudged the size of the pipe.

I'm missing something . I'm pretty sure the 2nd smallest one will work it fits a pen ink tube perfectly
Oh and yes thee bb gun barrel would be for the casing or chamber haha

I beg your pardon, one does look like it could work but wouldn't leave much chamber volume. Chances are you'll end up making a second one that is better so just do a bit of research to start off.

Alright so all those really long pipes are going to be cut.
This is the option using a pen casing
It has the smallest barrel


Bb barrel as the casing and the pen cap covering shredder valve. Bigger barrel


Sizes of the barrel and bb barrel which is used as a casing

Ok use the smallest pipe you have for the barrel, cut it to length and keep the bb gun barrel as long as possible to use as the chamber.

Alright man thanks ya definetly even I it means drilling out the shredder valve and whatever else is in it . I'm going to start It as soon as possible. Currently making a lock box. So probably Monday, know to make the piston I'm thinking the 2nd largest with bb to hit and rubber something for a sealer. At the end were te projectile exits it can be just epoxy right?

By the way, a schrader valve is a tire valve.
A shredder valve is a custom built piston valve by sgort87, a member here.
