I'm thinking of making this.
I will need:
- 1/8 in id brass pipe
hot glue
soft rubber
1 small screw
1 small nail
epoxy
8mm ID pipe
Shrader valve
Pen cap
I believe I will follow these steps
- Make a piston from hot glue inside the brass pipe.
Assemble a piece of rubber onto the piston and apply the screw.
Glue a nail inside the pen cap.
Glue the shrader valve into the brass pipe.
Grease the piston and slide it down the brass tube.
Glue the pipe into the brass tube 1/2 an inch away from the piston.
Correct me if wrong as this is my first pneumatic pen gun and my introduction to spudfiles.

Lol i'll buy a mouse pad than haha. I'm going to use the concept of the tape and epoxy =p. So did you epoxy the tape for extra strength or just put epoxy onto to stick to the internals.

I wrapped the tape around the barrel till I got the internal diameter of the chamber, then epoxied it in place.

I bought some off eBay in 12" lengths for relatively cheap for other projects. Google it and there's loads of results. 9mm K&S tubing has an 8mm ID.
