With an oxidizer such as O2, you don't require a ratio, all you need is enough oxygen for the fuel to burn, so technicaly, he could put in as much fuel as he wants, as long as he injects enough O2.

That's a pretty schnazzy gun!!! Especially for your first. Congratulations on a nice build, you definitely did your homework on this one. :D

ive wanted to build a propane/O2 gun since i saw this english show where they filled a baloon with an optimum mixture and taped a fork to it and put it in a microwave, ever since i saw that microwave fly close to 50 feet in every direction, ive wanted to harness that into a gun. good job, man.

yeah, ive thought of that. its a little more dangerous than i am willing to undertake though.

technically, you could have as much pressure as you like in there though...could be useful for eliminating combustion chamber bulk.

Yes this has been thought of before. However it's so dangerous and stupid that it is totally not worth it.

You WILL edventually blow something up/off that chamber.

i would be willing to try it if i had safe conditions to test it under (electrical ignition and about 300' of cord on a square mile of empty land from behind a large tree), but really, it isnt worth it. compressed air or standard combustables are plenty dangerous for me...ive very nearly blown myself up already while trying to use dry ice as a source of air, and i dont really think that you would gain anything by pressuring O2 and your flamable because you still need to have enough of a barrel for the explosion to run its course. the only benefit would be a reduced combustion chamber size.
