I'm in a wheelchair, sometimes i get flats, if i can sit down and get a easy 55 lbs out of a regular bike pump, i'm sure you can stand up and put your weight over the pump and get a easy 100 lbs out of it. Just don't use the screw on kind, you will loose half your presure unscrewing the hose, unless you leave it on.
You could try one of these
It is a hand pump, or co2 powered.
EDIT..Maybe this would not be a good idea. I just checked the price of 16-gram CO2 cartridges. Unless you had a very small chamber, it wouldn't be very cost effective. Maybe it would be good for a fast follow up shot after your tired of pumping.

Lol you can't delete paint easily... It's in
My Computer -> C:\ (Local Disk) -> Windows -> System32 -> Mspaint.exe
What where you going to draw? How to make a pump?
It'll just be a Piston in a sealed chamber with a handle side with holes in it for vents and on the other side 2 check valves... One going in and one going out, the out would go to the schrader valve... so when you push down to compress the air, it seals the intake, and when you pull up, it seals the out port and lets it in through the intake.....

arent check valves insanely expensive? other that that you could make a 3" pump with a well lubed pistion and a rod attached to it. make sure you lube the rod well too
in the upcoming presidential election, there will be several candidates who will be running, one of whom is Hillary Clinton. Now WAIT A SECOND!!! I though there was some sort of rule that prevented someone from serving more than two terms in office. Vote Against Hillary: Presidential Elections 08
I think check valves are sort of expensive... But you can make your own of you can scavenge them.... But if you want a good pump, make your own out of big pipe like 2" or 3" pipe and you will get a lot of psi per pump rather than the 1 psi normally...
