Hey yo'all
Have anyone seen that episode, where they use a hose, which is coming down from a hill... with lots of water in it ? Total length of the firehose was about 750m.
The pressure in the end of the hose was ''quite'' acceptable , around 10 Bars.
anyway... this might be a challenge for our little SPUD community to replicate the results.
Have a look at the video, then you'll get a glince of the ''REAL SPUDGUN''

I only saw the one with an Air powered Bicycle.

It's gravity powered not mountain powered.
Also, why stop there? Have the hose connected to the bottom of a large air tank. Instant compressed air. With a few valves you could make emptying water and refilling air easy.

lol... yea we know it's origin source of power is gravity, but saying ''powered by mountain'' is much more fun
And there are endless possibilities to ''play'' with it, so, if you got a hill like that near your home... go for it. go blow your head off
and let us know where you live... so that we all can come to play!

will you pay for the hose?
You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

Well in MO we got the ozarks, prolly could make a pretty good one there.
of course i really wouldn't want to do all the hiking to lay all the hose...
plus that amount of hose would be pricey...
but in the end it would be well worth it
