Pvc chamber heating system?

Get an old vacume cleaner and an electric heating coil then switch the motor round so it blows and not sucks and blocw hot air through the system, you could always use the same air to minimixe energy loss
The 2 inch chamber is rated to 280 PSI and i use it maximum to 80 PSI.The pressure rating of PVC actually increases with a drop in temperature, but exceeding this limit or dropping it causes it to fail spectacularly. If you stay under 80% of the pressure rating and wrap in insulation, you wouldn't really need to worry about heating it at all!
Will just putting insulation around it will solve the problem?
And should i insulate the barrel too?

The barrel won't be holding pressure for more than a fraction of a second, but it would be worth it just to be on the safe side.

This shows that the barrel can indeed fail easily due to the pressure shockwave.
Due to the low temperatures, one could say that the pressure rating goes up, but that the shockwave resistance goes down (getting brittle).
Dropping a frozen pressurized gun is Russian roulette. But the barrel, is also subjected to a shockwave of pressure when it fires. The chamber does not really experience any shockwave.
So both chamber and barrel have reasons why not to get frozen:
-Chamber: dropping it or something may break it
-Barrel: firing gun may break it
I not saying Im a expert on psi ratings.. All I know is that stuff is strong. Scuba tanks are aluminum, and I read somewhere that an aluminum soda can can hold at least 100 psi. I think that a sch 80 T-6 aluminum alloy pipe can hold up to 100-200 psi at least .. I know this for sure ..Like I said, Im not an expert, so I dont want to argue. Naw man, go for the water heating system!
I liked the idea of using a similar system to a computer(or car) radiator. Have the water pumped to an external radiator with a heating coil or Peltier plate attached.

Like I said Im no expert. I may have quoted the wrong numbers.. The right info is on the web site. Check it out. Its ONLINEMETALS.COM. Look up sch 80 2"aluminum pipe. The stuff might not be pressure rated but I think it can hold alot of pressure. Wow, that is some low strength aluminum. The most common moderate strength alloy is 6061-T6, which has a tensile strength of about 45,000psi.The aluminum pipe is sch 80 and has a tencel streangth of like 10,000 psi or something like that.

What ever. You can try to act smart and degrade me. I dont care. Like I said, I did not not know the exact numbers. I never clamed to know the facts. I just said what I thought I knew. Of course Online metals numbers were higher. Like I said, that stuff is strong. I don't know what your problem is with me. All I was doing was trying to help someone out with simple advice.
