Building off of Davidvaini's Preloaded Cartridge Prototype, I figured I'd try and figure out a way to make it triggerable...

Any commetns or questions just ask, I'd explain more but I gotta go visit the family...Happy Easter!

3/4" sch 40 pvc doesnt fit inside 1" sch 40 pvc.
As far as Im aware when it comes to sch 40 pvc, 3/4 coupling fits inside 1.25" pipe, and 1.25" couplings fit in 2 inch pipe.

I've made 3/4 fit into 1" pipe before by softening it in boiling water, that and the fact that the piece of 1" that I'm using won't be any longer than 1 1/4 inches, so it won't be hard to get onto the pipe. That and the fact that theres a section at the bottom of the 1 and 3/4 inch pipe cut away, it shouldn't create too much resistance. I plan to either use the boiling water method, or a homemade hydraulic press.
Hey, I know this sounds like a very stupid question, but what is a burst disk? I've looked around for a bit and i can't find any explanations. It looks like its just a tin foil and tape layered "disk" that im guessing bursts from a sharp object while under pressure. am I right? Or is it different from that.
Something like this would be very good for pre-charged "rounds" so external air sources wouldn't be needed.
