Ok, i have a mini-pneumatic. 1/2" barrel and 1-1/2" tank. What's the max PSI I should safely shoot it?

no offense but considering the fact that you dont know how to open a can of cement, 10 psi.

First, did you use sch 40 pressure rated pvc? Next, what valve did you use?

Its very simple just check the pressure ratings on all parts of the gun and whatever the weakest point is don't go above it, keep a good safety margin, just use common sense.

if your using an air compressor and its all sch 40, i doubt you can even pump it close to what its rated for. but like cannon freak said...READ THE PIPE!!

At 20-30 psi if you dont know what type of pipe it is and or the pressure rating.
