It means there is no way to "choose" the air flow, you can only open another way, so the air can go out in 2 ports, but one of them is always open

Unscrew the cap on top of it and check if there is a port thereIt means there is no way to "choose" the air flow, you can only open another way, so the air can go out in 2 ports, but one of them is always open

yeah... if you blow air into one of the ports air goes through that port/opening... once the valve is energized air will flow from the port that was previously closed to the one that was connected with the top one earlier... so don't worry everything is okNot exactlly a port... But it does leaks at there!!!
are there any standard threads on the outside or inside that can be used ??
I have a bunch of similar valves (unfortunatelly all in 230V) and they are NC too...
some have and internal 5mm thread and I can used them as universal valves but the rest doesn't
(well apart from standard metric outside threads that are used with a nut to keep the solenoid in place... I'd need a female metric to bsp coupling or make one myself to use them as NO valves)

No I have opened te valve... It´s not a port. What a useless valve !!yeah... if you blow air into one of the ports air goes through that port/opening... once the valve is energized air will flow from the port that was previously closed to the one that was connected with the top one earlier... so don't worry everything is ok

well it isn't useless... you've simply got a valve that can't be used as a universal valve - that's all
it can still be useful for spudding don't worry
ohh and it's not unusual that there are two ports that are connected toghether - thx to that you can stack them toghether in a sort of manifold

thx
but hey it doesn't fail - it does exactly what it should -> it's a NC valve - that's all

What is a NC valve? Can it does something useful like pilot a 1/4 QEV?

It´s not a normally closed valve, it leaks from the top normally if charged from the front port. When powered, air comes out from the side ports(both of them as they are connected). I could tap the top and use it as a superb lame solenoid valve with less than 1mm D orifice

Here is the connection, anybody know how I can put this to work?
And I´m hoping this valve can be used as the following diagram, is that possible?

Your side ports are P (pressure source - normally closed)It´s not a normally closed valve, it leaks from the top normally if charged from the front port. When powered, air comes out from the side ports(both of them as they are connected). I could tap the top and use it as a superb lame solenoid valve with less than 1mm D orifice
and the front port is A (exhaust - normally open to the exhaust)
that's almost exactly what your valve looks internally - the only question is.... is the third (top port) threaded?I´m hoping this valve can be used as the following diagram, is that possible?
Just attach wires to the connectors - check if there are any clues as to polarity of each...Here is the connection, anybody know how I can put this to work?
if there are none check the polarity of the LED and attach the wires accordingly

Here is typical wiring for 43650 DIN connectors:
pin 1 is DC positive
pin 2 is DC negative
pin 3 is earth/chassis ground
