Mini Combustion Accessory

I really liked j_diz's PVC stand he made for his propane combustion cannon and I really wanted to make one... but didn't have the time/money/parts to do so. So I figured why not make a stand for my mini combustion? It's made entirely out of thick straws (bubble tea straws) and hot glue. Gonna mount my mini on it this weekend and post more pics as well as a movie of it firing on the stand... it's gonna be pretty sweet! Here are some pics of my mini stand. It's 4" x 2.5" x 2.5"

haha ya, I'm glad everyone so far is getting a kick outta this little thing! I'm gonna order an RF remote control off of ebay to control propane injection and ignition on a mini cannon and mount it to my monster truck and make a video... gonna be sweet. unfortunately funds are tight cause of x-mas so I prolly wont do this till after the new year. cheers

i really dont think a toy car can carry a propane tank, if thats what u want. hook the motors of the car to some diodes and relays(semiconductors if u know what ur doing, i dont) and hook up a bigger power source and a bigger motor to make a turrent.

Finally found the time to mount a new mini I made to the stand and I must say it is friggen sweet! I think it's one of the nicest accessory for a mini pill bottle combustion (other than direct butane injection). Anyways.. here are some pics as well as some videos of this thing in action. cheers

Sorry for the delay in replying, but that thing is AWESOME!!
It looks great on that stand, and it fires like a champ. see, now look what youve done, i gotta make one for me now.
I wonder if you could use pieces of french fries for ammo, seeing as it IS a mini SpudGun! That thing would be a riot on the back of an RC car, I hope you do it- im intrigued.

first check to see if you still have spark. What I did to find the right mix of fuel was spray some in, I use AXE, then waive the gun back and forth with the lid off, while continuously pushing the ignitor, count how long it takes for ignition. then blow it out, spray the same amount of fuel, waive for same amount of time without pushing ignitor, cap, and fire. If it still doesnt work, you can use it for ammo in a bigger gun
