A piston How to

There are quite a few piston valve how to's on this site, but for me; most use parts that i can't get, are too vague, and usually don't provide pictures
Sorry to those of you with current how-to's; I'm just kind of picky
I have never really used how-to's on any of my projects, but when I first started, just looking at them helped me understand the concept. So I think I am going to make a how-to for a simple 1" piston.
The valve will be:
-relatively compact
-made of common Hardware store SCH 40 PVC parts
-housed in a 1" tee with 1/2" porting
-have 3/4" threaded connections for the barrel, chamber, and exhaust
-able to be made with only a hacksaw and PVC primer and glue
So, Does anyone have any suggestion for presentation or any other things I may have missed?
I will include a parts list and photographed steps the whole way through.

well I'm going to build the piston valve either way, so taking a few pictures shouldn't be too cumbersome. Anything else you want me to include?

In my opinion it's not a good idea, the vague ones are safer as it stops and idiot 10 year old from making one then shooting himself
or someone else to see if it hurts or as a joke. The are just my2 cents though.

I think if you cant figure it out your self from piston valves explained visually, then you shouldn't make one.

thats a fair argument, but the pilot valve chamber and barrel are not included, so even if a how to is traced to me; they built the launcher themselves

sure if you can't figure out how it works you shouldn't be building one, but some people are solid on the concept but need some help figuring out what parts to use could really benefit from this how to. It could also help people who stick to simpler launchers break away and try something new for themselves.
Sorry if I'm sounding stubborn, I want to hear your arguments

There's like pages of piston valves on this site, many with internal pics and made from all materials and in all sizes, if this isn't enough they should not be trusted with one.

nope pistons are dangerous thing and telling people how to make something dangerous is dangerous for them and the people around them.

wow, I did not expect such negative feedback. What makes this different from the SV modification how-to, or any other how to on this site

I say go for it. Its not my job to protect people from themselves, you should do it and have a warning and if the warning is not paid attention to natural selection will take over. I think any type of oppression of knowledge is wrong. some people may not understand it but after building one it may bring great things out in people.

Sprinkler valves have a fraction of th power of piston valves, plus more can go wrong Thoth them, what is a kid decides to leave off the bumper? I am not a fan of guides to making guns, a thread with internals pics should be enough, if it's not then you shouldn't build one.
