are there different mods for a sprinkler valve, like a pushbutton instead of a blowgun like on spudtech, btw where do you get those?
when using a blowgun do you have to use a hose to connect it?
is there any other mods apart from blowgun and pushbutton?

you don't need the hose. you can also move the equiliztion to the outside of the valve but i won't go into that now

You could, but the pilot hole would be quite large and then a 15mm nipple is required, just get a blow gun from supercheap or somewere they might say 40psi rating but they go alot nigher then that.

The ones that say 40psi are normally referring to the tips and not the blowgun.

Never use non-pressure rated pipe! If you do you're just asking to be shredded by flying PVC shards.

K, we only need to tell him once, and if he is going to persist to not heed the advice, why bother?

Im not up-to-date on your currency, but surely metal pipe is cheaper. Or at least it seems with a lot of foreign spudders. I mean get over it, your country sucks wang when it comes to PVC, but dont b*tch about it and under stand that we cannot promote the use of unrated pipe because there is a possibilty that personages of this forum that can be held accountable in the event of such a thing failing. Remote, but somewhat plausible if the odds are against you.

MrCrowley- "can I use sandpaper to wipe my ass?"

Person that doesnt want to wipe there ass with sandpaper- "dont use sandpaper for any thing it will not feel good at any pressure safely"

MrCrowley- "how about 2 stuck together?"

Person that doesnt want to wipe there ass with sandpaper-
"No No No No No No... just buy the damn toilet paper. the toilets cost more than the sandpaper any way"

MrCrowley- "not here they don't  it would cost me like $100NZD for the toliet paper i want :( "

Or at least this is how I see the conversation from a outside perspective

I hate people asking over and over if non-pressure rated pipe is ok to use! If they ask I'm going to tell them no it's not safe! I think I'm just going to stop telling people not use it maybe they will learn there f'ing lesson.

MrCrowley, dude you really need to stop trying to find the cheap way to do everything have you ever heard "you get what you pay for" ?!
