Im not sure if this topic is within rules, but anyway, there is a test that proves that gasoline does not eat away at PVC

First of all, you wouldn't want to use gasoline. You'd want to use denatured alcohol. Much more stable, and cheaper.
Second, I'm pretty sure this is against forum rules and will be deleted soon.
PM me. I've drawn up plans for one but never built it because I have no place to use it. To be honest, it'd be kind of useless. A fun toy to mess around with in a huge open parking lot or etc... but it has no practical use, and you'd get nailed by the authorities for using it anywhere remotely public.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Paintball nitrogen tanks are simply just compressed air, the shit we are breating right now, they are an extremely high pressure so be careful. We had one fly off the compressor from a faulty nipple, don't try to modify them.

Use propane to pressurize it. Also, I think alcohol eats away pvc.

Please don't delete this thread, at least not until someone locates a nearby burn clinic..... Geez, sounds a bit dangerous for a project when you don't even know nitrogen is a nonflammable gas!

I'm sorry but OH MY $HIT YOU'RE AN IDIOT. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUILDING THIS. YOU WILL DIE. YOU DON'T KNOW ENOUGH TO DO IT SAFELY.
If you do this, videotape it please.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

Don't be an Asshole. He made a comon misconception, Nitros Oxide is flamable, that is probably where he got that.
Propane in the high concentration is not flamable either, it needs a oxydizer like air. Sure this is dangerous but the odds of getting killed in Iraq are higher than having an exploding gun.

ok then so what would be a good "Compressed gas tank" that would be able to push the flamable fluid out AND be conected as the pilot light ? like that site shows on my last post.. ?

Spudstuff, I know it seems harsh, but... I know quite a bit about flamethrowers and I've done a full set of plans (including multiple backflash arrest valves for safety) for one. I'm serious, if Spyider attempts this he'll probably die. He doesn't know enough to do it safely. I don't want this site (or the spudgun community) getting in trouble because some kid got plans (or even ideas) for a device that killed him. So I'm telling him not to attempt it until he understands how to do it properly.
And even then, the question still stands - When and where could you actually use a flamethrower without danger of getting arrested or starting a massive fire?
I'm sorry to sound like an asshole. My previous post was a bit out of line. If you think I should edit it out, I will.
If you'll read my 175 prior posts, you'll see that I'm usually very friendly and helpful and outgoing. I don't mean to rip on people, but I don't want to see someone die.
Peace,
Pete Zaria.

he'll probably die.
Many have been built all have lived...
Please justify yourself. Sure it is quite dangerous but not id the saftey percautions are taken.
