possible paintball sniper

Hey everybody, I recently found this piece of pipe around my house and thought up an idea for a paintball gun. As you look at the diagram (yes I know its rough) you will see letters next to distinct parts, here is the description of each part. A.approx. 5/8 inch In. barrel, which converts to .625 cal and this pipe is a hair larger than 5/8ths so it should work with a .63 cal paintball. B. secondary handle which attaches via a soldered ring around the barrel. C. a similar ring that is soldered and acts as a stop for part d. D. Spring that pushes firing handle(E) back to rest position. E. Firing handle attached via ring, is free-sliding and has tubes inside for ammo (G. with threaded cap) and CO2/ HPA(H.) F. Soldered or screwed on cap that E. sits against in rest position. G. Ammo tube with threaded cap and spring H. internal CO2/HPA line. I. drop forward or similar angle adapter J. CO2/HPA line back to external tank. K. paintball port in bottom of barrel. L. gas port in bottom of barrel, when the firing handle would be pushed forward to the firning position a paintball would be pushed up from the ammo tube and into the barrel as this happened a burst of CO2/HPA would come through the gas port thus firing the ball. Possible mods to the system would be to switch the direction that the firing handle moves (i.e. you would pull to fire it), a stock added on, or the paintball port on top attached to a standard gravity hopper. Thanks for reading it now please leave any +POSITIVE+ suggestion or criticism. BTW, I am aware that the original setup has small ammo capacity, but I'm thinking SNIPER. If you need a better explanation as to how it works please ask. I am currently working on modeling it in 3D on SketchUp.

All paintballs are .63 cal. At least the one used by paintball guns, alough I have seen .40 cal one for use with blowguns.

No, paintballs used in paintball guns are .68 caliber not .63 caliber.

Well if you use 3/4" CPVC then its a really good fit as a barrel for paintballs, just some minor design changes is all you need.

Yeah I guess so but i was liking it cause it was so close of a fit,....by the numbers at least. And it was metal. Do you think theyd have 3/4 ID steel pipe? Id like it to be all metal

well ideally what you would want is .69 I.D. pipe, to account for imperfectinos. im not sure what size pipe you would get for metal, 3/4" would be too large of an I.D. so my advice is to look for a pipe with an I.D. as close to .68 with out getting any smaller.
Was that post well written enough for ya??

Go with 16mm ID pipe if you can.
Raise your horns if you love metal.

Hey, you could always sleeve a piece of 3/4CPVC inside a steel pipe, and put a modified end cap on the end to hold it in. Just drill most of the center of the cap out to let the balls fly out.
I'm weird, I know it, you don't need to tell me.

depending on brand and humidity a paintball can go anywhere from .675 to .695
