Why not have the duster feed into an expansion chamber which then connects to the vortex via a blowgun? An 88g cannister will certainly increase your capacity.

so you are suggesting i use a blowgun at 800ish psi? i was thinking about an expansion chamber but then i was like blowgun says "90psi max" on it don't think its wise to use at that high of pressure... got any idea for a compact high pressure valve(thats not a ball valve)?

You don't have to fill the expansion chamber to 800 psi, the thing is that you'll need quite a largish one so the size will be beyond the compact pistol you probably had in mind.

why don't you fit a chamber under the barrel with a cheap mini regulator, you could disguise it as some under barrel magazine laser muzzle weight light thing like some pistols with the advance tactical laser sights, or some made up powerful sci fi pistol, I can't remember that name of that gun of the top of my head and I can't find any good picture examples

Have you seen this design? It seems to work well enough - maybe tyre inflators do have better flow than dusters and your chamber's too big?
