so how about around 20mm steel pipe ie endcap and reducerish thing aswell as 20 bar ball valve and what ever barrel i can find as i douht a carbon fiber tent pole can hold back 200 odd psi!

either that or basically the same thing with larger bbs maybe the ones of the crank case :D

also any aussies ere that can sugest redily available small caliber ammo ie under 8mm ish?

i douht a carbon fiber tent pole can hold back 200 odd psi!
The barrel only needs to support pressure for a brief period of time so it can afford to be much weaker than your chamber, for example I've used electrical conduit as a barrel with 400 psi pneumatics with no problems.

ok cool, if i had PN18 20mm pvc what sort of operating pressures should i use? and should i start another thread seen as this one isnt about bbmgs anymore lol

if i had PN18 20mm pvc what sort of operating pressures should i use?
PN18 means it's rated for 18 bar, which means you're safe with 250 psi. If you're sticking with a 3mm barrel though, I'd go for a long barrel and similarly long chamber if it's 20mm
