- the muzzle energy of a vortex gun / cloud chamber?
- what the heck is blowby?
I was wondering if anyone could answer these questions because spudwiki doesn't have it on there for some reason.
I was going to make a vortex gun for skirmishing but i just the extra specs..
thanks littlebro05.

It's Nerf or Nothing.
Don't start crying when I play this as my hobby, Paintball, Airsoft and Nerf are equally good hobbies, except you can play Nerf in public. Good day! Hmph!

Muzzle energy would depend on far too many factors to give a decent ball park number.
There's pressure, flow, mass of ammo, diameter of barrel, projectile diameter, proj dia in relation to barrel dia, barrel length, ROF, and many other factors.
Blowby is where the projectile is too small for the barrel and air can blow around the projectile. Decreasing performance.

For a typical setup using pressures less than 150 psi, in the region of 0.5-1.5 ft/lbs depending on the factors MrCrowley mentioned.littlebro05 wrote:- the muzzle energy of a vortex gun / cloud chamber?
edit: curses, pipped in the dash by MrCrowley! His day has indeed come
