I heard from my uncle that spud guns are ilegal in the state of arkensaw(spelling)

Can anybody help me with this. It just seems strange as they allowed in the rest of the us, Or am i mistaken again?

Arkansas? Well I don't know. I would try to find out by calling the NRA, unless someone already knows...

Arkansas? It’s a bit of a grey area, but if I recall right combustion guns are only legal if you fallow the BATF’s letter, in other words: PVC pipe fueled be hairspray or some other aerosol propellant used to launch potatoes and similar items for recreational purposes.
Pneumatics, well they’re not firearms so they’re fine.

If you can shoot a gun there, you can shoot a spudgun.

What part of Arkansas do you live in? The southern half would care less; they’re to busy runnin’ ‘shine. :D
No, seriously though, my grandma lives in the south-eastern corner and it’s so rural that nobody would care.
Call me "Judge", it's easier to type.

It usually isn't terribly hard to find the laws for a state online. Look for their definitions of firearm or weapons and their laws regarding possessing them.
