This is too funny. After his first couple of posts, I didn't think it was worth viewing any of his topics. So there really isn't much of a loss in my mind. It's too bad his creativity is wasted on what I call negative gains. A thief is a thief, no matter the age or what is stolen and immaturity will/can last well into one's forties. Good riddance.

@Rag,
Yeah the only advantage Scott's site has, is it is far more versatile. Which is also bad, some of his members got confused where to post stuff. There are a ridiculous amount of sections all with similar titles.

Just counted...46 sections

I'll be honest, although he made quite a few launchers (and not particularly shabby ones), I didn't much like the somewhat derogatory tone evident in many of his posts. I'd personally expect more from someone his age, but evidently you can get older n00bs too.
It troubles me that you know that!

Why? It's not at all hard to go to the memberlist, sort by descending post count, then find my own username.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

I am currently the 237th highest poster with 124 posts (equal with Necrosis) out of the odd 5800 members on this forum.

The member list has countless pages of members who have never posted.

I'd just like to say that I agree with bluerussetboy. I looked at 2 maybe 3 of his posts and decided to avoid clicking on them. So boring.

I got a spam PM asking me to join the site and become a Moderator. I didn't even bother replying to it, it struck me as being a PM from the same league as 'FREE VIAGRA'. Not to mention the URL looked quite screwed up..flamingtaters.i.ax.m or something like that. Looks like the kind of site that would download shite onto my hard drive, so I gave it a miss.

Did I miss something?

Last I saw from Scott was a topic with a cash prize on his forum. Which I'm deducing went down the wrong way and ended up getting messy.

Crime -> punishment, fair enough.

Still no reason for some to now slag him off for making "boring" (but valid) topics before that. He was a newbie and simple stuff and enthusiasm in it is what they generally do.

Anyway.

Shame he overdid it, seemed like someone who had the time and interest to make some good stuff once he got the hang of things.

I got a PM for flamingtaters, didn't check it out and don't plan to.
I did see the site when the topic came up about a contest.

But that's because I was wondering what was up with a few posts I've read basically sounding like "HeHe I am on spudfiles but I'm going to start my own site just like it hehe" WTF!

Any way the guy had a good sense of humor/enthusiasm. But gave me a sociopathic vibe almost.

EXAMPLES :scottcrete (real name totally different(?)
ONE POST "Show me your toys" I want to see ALL your toys you own, (later I'll probably ask you where you live so we can get together kind of thing).
OTHER POST: "How to PICK LOCKS" I can't believe no-one else was concerned.

Personally I didn't want to get confrontational since I am new to posting.
So I never replied directly to the guy in any of his posts.

Like a lot of other things dealt with, these are the brakes.

Also there was the video of blowing up propane tanks.
If he wants to do that kind of stuff on his own page...

Three things:
One, the poor guy’s been through heck with his family, served in Iraq, and had surgery; still not a good excuse to break the rules so much though…
Two, I hope y’all will forgive me for joining his forum and becoming a moderator there, he’s not all bad he just doesn’t know when to quit, and I don’t plan on spamming anyone for Scott either.
Three, PIMPMANN22!!!! I thought you was dead! Good to see you again!

Aha! I did get that PM from him. I thought it was rather odd that he pretty much stole the spudfiles layout and everything so I sent a PM back to him asking what the difference between sites was.

Firstly, I didn't know it was scottcrete, and second, perhaps the ban is why I didn't get a response...

The only think I could tell was a major difference was that his looked like crap, and appeared to promote illegal actvities. Now I konw what was going on. Good call Crowley.

And OHEMGEE! It's pimpmann!!!

EDIT: And in his message he said there were lots of spudfilers on his site. When I looked, there was a grand total of....

15 members.

That’s half the reason I’m over there, trying to keep him from the terrorist watch list.
