you should really make some darts for that thing......... i can see that going "sniper" style quite easily. by the way, the best way to make darts, ive found, is taking a long peice of coat hanger with a paper cone the same diameter as your barrel....... try making the cone as long as the coat hanger is, allowing for high-stability darts. Im making myself a dart sniper that incorporates a 1/2 inch CPVC barrel (right now its just 5 feet of 1/2 inch CPVC with a modded psrinker valve and the chamber from my first pneumatic. in all, its about 15 feet long..... not so easy to shoot. when im fihised ill post it....) . ooo, and did i mention that at 20 PSI from 100 Feet away i stuck a finish nail all the way into a tree, exactly where i had aimed it......... at 100 PSI the dart penetrated farther than the paper cone could travel, in fact a good .5 inch farther! imagine with larger darts fired out of a 1 inch barrel..............

I totally want to build a real bolt-action now. You have inspired me. I'm gonna design a true bolt action pneumatic rifle.

NICE!

what kind of velocities are you getting?

batteries sound painful, make sure they aren't alkaline...
think: non alkaline battery -- sulphuric acid exploding everywhere...

Darn  Accidental bump.. Will PM PCGUY.

If the loading port is not too close to the edge, the coupler can slide a little and it still works fine. Some friction can be added by tightening one of the ends to make the o ring tight.

Here is a video that has been seen my most people here showing one in action. This one is a 3 inch. It doesn't lock.

It looks like this one is a smaller version, but works the same.

You contributed to the topic and even had a video, that is perfect bumping. "Bad bumping" is kicking up a 3 year old thread to say "cool!".
