m new idea that might need some work
Ok so it is a hammer valve and a light gas gun mixed (Oh and I have no idea if anyone has posted any thing like this ) Ok well you have a fire extinguisher as the chamber then over that you have the LGG. so when you fire the fire extinguisher hammer valve thing with an spring operated trigger you then lead the air up a canal to the piston which then compresses the air out the barrel. OH and heres a picture(P.S. Oh and also if u think of making this just mention that this was my idea if no one has eva done anything like this)

A hammer valve isn't going to provide to sort of flow you need in this case, you're much better off with a large bore piston valve.

I would most definitely take Jacks advice on this if I where you.ckman wrote:wait even if it is a very small piston and piping
Did you do a search on hammer valve's? If so you would have found a lot of info on the subject "Hammer Valve".

As above, if you were going to make a small calibre repeater, I would definitely go for a hammer valve, but for this sort of launcher where the emphasis is on power, it's not the most suitable option.

Kinda seems like you used my POST a little considering you posted on the second page of the thread. Won't work there isn't enough flow from that hammer valve but if you are useing a fire exstinguisher as a chamber you could use a piton valve with regulated input for multiple shots.

You can tell how awesome a cannon is by the pressure used.

You weren't the first to claim that design theory Sticky

I know it just gets me going when people say stuff like this
while he posted in my thread (which was about somthing very similar) less than a week ago. The Idea isn't new I don't claim it's mine I just think he could easily mention where he got the idea which was quite obviously from my post. BTW I think This could even work good with a ball valve.(Oh and I have no idea if anyone has posted any thing like this )
