Not very imaginative but reasonably effective I'm sure. I wouldn't mount the blow off valve (or the schrader for that matter) where you did. If they come loose, they're smacking you in your armpit if you're hip shooting. Also, the gauge on the rear is vulnerable to damage if you stand it up. Any lengthening of the barrel you could do would help performance noticably.

While I've seen much worse here, use a flash when taking indoor photos of your subject. A couple of yours are unnecessarily blurred.

I don't think he could help the barrel length because it seems he used a pre threaded abs rod.

I agree with star on where you've put the valve, pop off etc... but he's limited on where to put them. At the back, they blow into him, underneath it goes for his feet. I guess you could point them in the barrel's direction.

Canada is going to favor ABS parts and pipe primarily to handle the much colder climate. PVC doesn't do well there. However, it's everywhere here from the Mason Dixon line on down.

A few specifications, like lengths and diameters of the chamber, barrel and valve would be nice, and would make it easier to comment.

Looks alright to me, but my advice would be that the barrel looks pretty short.
Paint would also help fix the primer spills.

Word of advice, insulting the other members is frowned upon, and could invoke moderator retaliation.
And even if you didn't mean to be offensive, and thought you were being on the jokey side, that's not how it came across.
Does that thing kinda look like a big cat to you?

I almost pooped my pants when i read that. Its not ok to insult anyone. And especially a senior member such as starman. Hes helped me on many occasions. And in my opinion, is among the smarter of the members here.

Anyway

I like the cannon. It seems kind of awkward to hold. With the postion of your amrs and such. I also would not have out the guarge on the back. I learned my lesson with putting things on the back. I has a sraeder epoxied into my first cannon and someone sat it on the back and pop the shraeder in. Good thing it was pumped.

Aside from the mess it overall nice.
Poop.

*My appologies, I was not aware that it was such a big deal, and I assumed it was just an insulting stereotype of Canada,

I acted innapropriately and I am sorry.

Apology accepted! although I'm still not sure how you read an insult into my comment, I know it can happen. I misread things plenty of times myself.

In actuality, I love your country and most of you Canucks quite a lot.. I've been there several times, to several different cities. I have some friends in the Calgary/Banff area and as I mentioned to Gippeto a few weeks back, is my favorite travel destination in the whole world!!

Point is, I'm probably the last person in the forums that would be throwing off on Canadians as a whole!... 8)

Saying Canada is a colder climate than the US isn't exactly an insult.
By that example, I might as well get offended on the basis of someone saying the UK is rather rainy. (It is, regardless of the season)

As a general rule for forums, if something can be taken two ways and one offends you, it is usually wise to assume it was meant to be taken the other way.
Should it have been meant the other way, you should ignore it anyway.

Now, we do occasionally poke occasional fun on these forums, however, this is almost exclusively between those members of us who have been here long enough to get the measure of one another.
In your case, you haven't been here long enough to have to worry about being caricatured by the other members.

Nice looking gun. The paint really did help a lot and contrary to what I thought it actually seems quite ergonomic.

Any chance of damage vids/pics?
