I think it could be done. If you're swinging the barrel round as you shoot, you're imparting a sideways motion that should continue after the projectile leaves the barrel (in the same way that a bomb continues to move forward after being dropped from an aircraft) so in theory I think the idea is conceivable.

My assumption was that his ammo was a sphere, otherwise you are correct.

I stated it was an OK action if you're in a silly mood.
Sort of like "Shoot 'em up" also IMO.

The Mythbusters actually just tested this one, and the new episode aired today. And, yes, they deemed the "Wanted" bullet curving myth busted.
