it seems ok... personally I wouldn't strap pressurised PVC tank to my back... can't you get an old co2 fire extinguisher or something like that ??

edit
wait... you should put put the T through two layers of PVC... so in your case where the encap is over the pipe... though I still think you'd be better off with a metal tank

If he puts it in a back pack with a lot of padding then it would be little safer... but still not many refills will come out of this tank unless its huge or your gun has a small chamber.

For that size, you should probably go quick connect (female on tank size).

what?
I think you need a lesson in netiquette. when posting on a forum do lots of research before you post a new thread, this is an active database people use the archives for research so we want to minimize the unnecessary threads and next time research more and and instead of posting new threads for things like this just post your new design in your old thread. Second quickly read your posts before you submit them and check for grammar and spelling mistakes and whether they will make sense in context, you don't mention any quotes or names so one can only assume your talking about the post or reply directly above yours,

what do you think is a good idea the metal quick connects? but if you think that quick connects are a metal tank then clearly you didn't think about it, if someone can't immediately tell what your comment refers to then you have to provide a name or a quote
example:
eriko1337 wrote: is it a metal tank or something else?
what are you talking about
or
@eriko1337: what are you referring to in the question that was in your last post

btw: you never answered my question in the other thread about what were you using this air tank for, and you don't make any mention as to what you are using your air tank for, how are we supposed to tell you if your tank in big enough? isn't that the most relevant advice we can give you? whether your bigger air tank design is big enough? So tell us what your using this for

I've read through this kids two other pages, and its beginning to make me want to put in place a mandatory "Spudgunning 101" training slideshow that you have to sit through before you are allowed to post.

Kid, just go to your nearest sports supplies shop and buy an HPA paintball tank and a matching regulator. Backpack PVC tanks are in reality, next to useless for most things.

i think you should just stop posting. and start making. because the only way your going to actually find out a good design is so be creative and make it yourself. its an air tank.. its extremely simple, you cant need help to make a tank from a length of pipe, 2 caps and a handful of brass fittings.
